The company was founded in Jingdezhen, China–widely known as the porcelain capital, we have years of knowledge working talented potters! Our journey of creating quality tools has been shaped by working closely with the very best in the craft.
Once your order is placed, it will take 1-2 day business days to prepare your package.
Shipping times will vary between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation when the package is shipped out.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The product(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us with the subject line: "Return."
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to confirm receipt of your return. Note that shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.
Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to process once we receive the returned item.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend processing a return and placing a new order for the desired item(s).
Unfortunately, individual pieces from a set are not available for separate purchase. However, we do offer individual tools. Please explore our selection of standalone products.
We recommend our 42-piece hand-building tool set for beginners. It includes essential tools for both wheel throwing and hand-building, providing everything you need to start your ceramic journey!

We recommended using a fine calligraphy brush with a fine tip, such as our medium calligraphy brush or small calligraphy brush
We recommend an air compressor to help with glazing for an even surface.
Our Cobalt blue underglaze can be applied to bisqueware and when covered with a clear glaze and if done correctly is food safe.
